Now that I've grinded my cooking skill for the past 6 months, I'm ready to re-enter the workforce on Monday. I've accepted a position at IronPort, which means I'm a Cisco employee. It's a 100% FreeBSD position. Hooray to not selling out at a Linux job! :)
Good bye, stay-at-home girlfriend. Hello, Ironport.

Very cool, congrats on the new gig!
You'll like IronPort, it's a company full of smart people with a real drive to solve the problems of SPAM and web security! The SanBruno office is a cool place, the people are great. Welcome!
Best of luck! We're currently tossing out our FreeBSD servers and standardizing on openSUSE. I've got to say I'm really jealous.
Enjoy!
Actually, I think it may be about 0.25% Linux. (shhh.)
PS Welcome Aboard!
Congratulations, really glad to hear that you found a BSD gig!
The BSD community needs more girls like you. :)
Good Luck!
Don't forget it's Earth Hour tonight(sat) at 8pm-9pm. Yes you only have to turn lights off for an hr. Server can suck all the energy it wants. xoxo
Was there ever any doubt? Good luck sweetie. Are you still a Tarsarina? :) I liked being related to one.
Hope you remember to turn the lights off tonight (sat) from 8-9 for Earth Hour. You can suck power with everything else but turn the lights out for me. (Otherwise I'll come unscrew your light bulbs) xox
oi. needs to talk some evdo with you.
I almost went to work for Ironport! They are a great company and I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun.
I've referenced your blog btw on my blog listed about.
Keep up the good work!
