Turns out the RAM in FreeBSDGirl went bad. Oops. There's a stick of 256 in at the moment, and the server will temporarily be going down at a later date to pop some more in. Building world is painfully slow with 256MB RAM. Other than that, the server is now stable and happy and all is well in FreeBSDland.
